Operations · Full-time · Chennai / WFHManage scheduling, tutor-student matching, session monitoring and parent communication. The glue that holds the Smavy experience together — ensuring every session runs smoothly across multiple time zones.
Customer Success Manager
Customer Success · Full-time · Chennai / WFHBuild long-term relationships with parents. Proactively monitor student progress, handle renewals and ensure families love their Smavy experience. Retention is at the heart of this role.
Marketing Executive
Marketing · Full-time · Chennai / WFHRun digital campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn. Create content for parents and students. SEO, email marketing and social media execution for a brand growing in AU, UK, USA and IB schools worldwide.
HR & Payroll Manager
HR · Full-time · ChennaiManage recruitment, onboarding, tutor contracts, payroll processing, leave administration and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS) for our growing team. Experience with Tamil Nadu labour law essential.
